Underneath the iOS device, choose Console In the Organizer window, the iOS device should appear in the left-hand pane.If it does not, from the menu bar choose: Window > Organizer The Xcode Organizer window should automatically appear.Note: If iTunes was opened automatically, or was already running, from the menu bar choose iTunes > Quit iTunes, or Command + Q Connect the iOS device to the Mac computer via the USB cable.Run Xcode from the Applications folder in the system Dock.Note: The Xcode installer is greater than a gigabyte in size, so it will take quite some time to download

On a Mac OS X computer, install Xcode from the Apple App Store. 
Option 2: Xcode (requires a Mac computer)
Once the log has been saved, provide the Support team with the log file for review. Once the problematic behavior has been reproduced on the iOS device, in the bottom right-hand corner of the utility, choose Save Console As… , and save the log to any location. 
This will cause debug output of the actions to be captured in the utility's Console
While leaving the utility running, perform the actions on the iOS device which are observed as problematic. Under the Devices pane, select the connected iOS device, then choose the Console tab You are not alone because it is one of the most common problems encountered by Mac users whether its downloading or installing updates, apps, or files. Run the iPhone Configuration Utility and connect the iOS device to the computer via the USB cable. Download and install Apple's iPhone Configuration Utility application.
